2. Orders & Pricing
All product orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance by Choktastik. Prices shown on the site are in the currency displayed and are exclusive of applicable taxes and delivery charges, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices and product information at any time.
3. Payment
Payments are processed through our authorized payment partners. By submitting payment details, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We do not store payment card details on our servers unless you use an approved tokenized method.
4. Delivery & Fulfillment
Delivery times are estimates. While we always aim to deliver within the estimated window, Choktastik is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., courier issues, weather, strikes). Orders should be inspected at delivery. Report damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours so we can assist promptly.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Cancellations may be accepted subject to order status and lead time. Perishable goods (baked items) are generally non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. If there is a fault with your order, contact us and we will evaluate and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, designs and code — is the property of Choktastik or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works without written permission.
7. User Conduct
When using the Service you agree not to: post unlawful, harmful, or abusive content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system; use the Service for commercial solicitation without permission; or otherwise engage in activity that interferes with the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choktastik will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for direct damages shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the particular order giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India/Manarashtra, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune.
